Entries With No Grant
Grants are usually assigned at the end of a quarter, so a table often has entries with no grant yet. When it does, **Review tools** shows **Unspecified grant** with how many, and the panel has an **Unspecified grant** section:
- Show entries opens them in the Master Table.
- Assign to <grant> appears when the table's name points to one grant, even by part of its name: "Other: Agritech June-Aug 2026" points to Agritech Wales. It puts every entry in the table with no grant on that grant, after you confirm. Entries with another grant, or a grant name typed in, stay as they are.
Tables shared by several grants, such as "Materials Aug-Oct 2026 4 Grants", get no suggestion; assign those entries one by one or with Bulk Edit Field. Grant pages count an entry only once it has a grant, so a grant's spend reads low until its entries are assigned.
